We will meet with the Client in the beginning stages of the planning process. Based on theme, desires and budget we will help you develop a cohesive Vendor Team for your wedding day. We will have some correspondence with the vendors. Client will then proceed with their wedding planning on their own. Creative Occasions will then help with additional planning beginning 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day.

Creative Occasions will provide a professional Wedding Planner to be present, oversee and direct the rehearsal and the wedding day. In addition, an Assistant Wedding Planner may be used during the planning stages and be present at the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Creative Occasions will meet with Client for meetings [usually 2-4 meetings] prior to wedding day to discuss wedding plans so far. Client should have most of final decisions made at this time in order for Creative Occasions to go forward with planning and finalization. Creative Occasions will ensure Client has covered most items on their checklist, confirm with all vendors, develop final wedding day schedule, schedule final walk-through of facility with vendors, develop floor plan and coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. If needed, Creative Occasions can develop a final payment schedule.
